NYBA has given my son the tools to succeed both on and off the court. The coaching staff has been dedicated to improving every aspect of my child’s game. The training, practices, and workouts are top notch giving athletes the opportunity to showcase their strengths and grow and develop their weaknesses. The system used at NYBA brings athletes to be the most improved version of themselves ready and able to compete at the highest levels. The NYBA motto FAMILY is lived, breathed and practiced by the coaching staff and felt by the athletes and parents alike. At NYBA you are with FAMILY who cares not only about your success on the court but also about the growth and development of the total individual. Coach James has been not only a coach but also a mentor to my son and we will forever be a part of the NYBA family.
My son has been training with Coach Loughran for eight years. Since day one, it became clearly apparent the love and passion that Coach Loughran has for basketball and for imparting this knowledge with his players. Under Coach Loughran’s tutelage, I have witnessed an improvement in decision making, skills and speed at which my son plays. He continues to help him build his confidence on and off the court, while instilling the importance of discipline, and teamwork. Coach Loughran is an excellent trainer who connects with his athletes with a positive coaching method that inspires and motivates. His program not only teaches the fundamentals of basketball, but the importance of hard work, determination, sportsmanship, character and integrity. NYBA together with Coach Loughran are developing not only highly trained competitive basketball players, but exceptional young men!
NYBA has made a big impact not on just me but my family. Coach James, Coach Flow, and Coach Geary have really truly showed what family is and how basketball plays a big role into that. I can’t thank them enough for getting me where I am today and pushing me to play at the college level. NYBA for life
James Loughran has been around both of our daughters for the past 7 years as a a trainer. Coach and mentor. we cannot say enough about him as person and a coach to our daughters… with the addition of coach geary and coach sean to the NYBA family.
